Pregnancy and maternity in the workplace (for solicitors and regulated individuals)
People who are pregnant or on maternity leave have an additional level of protection in the workplace, as pregnancy and maternity is a protected characteristic under the Equality Act.
On a strictly anonymous basis, we want to find out more about your experiences of being pregnant and taking maternity leave at work.
If you have had a baby in the last ten years whilst working as a solicitor, please answer the questions below. If you have had more than one child, please answer these questions about the last time you were pregnant.
This survey is for people who were employed when they had a baby.
If you are pregnant for the first time but have yet to take maternity leave, please answer as many of the questions as you can.
