Transparency Rules - Self Declaration - December 2020

Introduction

Welcome to the Transparency Rules declaration.  This declaration refers to your firm's compliance with the SRA Transparency Rules ('the Rules'). This declaration will take around 10 minutes to complete. 

You are required to provide a response to all these questions.

This declaration is the responsibility of the Compliance Officer for Legal Practice ('COLP') to provide on behalf of the firm.

Failure to provide a response may be a breach of paragraph 3.3 of our Code of Conduct for Firms and 7.4 of our Code of Conduct for Individuals.
