In connection with our Artificial Intelligence (AI) Risk Outlook, we are surveying firms about AI.
We want to learn more about firms’ experiences using AI systems. This will help to inform the future development of our approach, which supports innovation while protecting consumers, access to justice and the wider public interest.
To be clear, by AI we mean systems that use statistical models to make decisions or solve problems that would otherwise require human thinking. These could be dedicated programs that you have purchased for your firm, or online systems such as ChatGPT.
